Dear Patients
As England reduces and removes the pandemic restrictions it is important to emphasise that the safety of our patients and staff are still paramount.
All of the team here at the practice are pleased to return to more of our normal procedures. However, the Chief Dental Officer has asked that practices conduct a risk assessment to choose which protections are most appropriate for their site. We will continue to act to protect our most vulnerable patients, and we hope you can assist us with this. We may need to reinstate certain protections if infection levels and recommendations change. Our team will keep you posted, and we will aim to keep the website up to date.
We ask that you wear a mask within the building if at all possible, especially if you are in the waiting room or reception with other patients.
We ask that you rearrange your appointment if you have any respiratory symptoms or have tested positive for Covid-19.
We will:
- Work tirelessly to use the best Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and the current recommended cross infection procedures
- Ensure that the dental environment is a safe place for both our patients and staff
This will mean that visiting the practice will be a slightly different experience. Although this will add a burden to the team, we will all endeavour to serve and protect our patients as we have always done.
